They will fly to the airport and clear through customs and immigration. After collecting their luggage, our English-speaking guide will meet them in the arrival hall with a sign. The guide will then drive them to their car, which will be waiting, with chocolates, refreshing napkins, and free Wi-Fi (the guide will provide the login details). At about 6:00-7:00 PM, they will check into the hotel for the night’s lodging. At 8:00 PM, they can enjoy dinner at any restaurant of their choice, savoring a cuisine of their liking. The last activity of the day will be a hotel drop-off at approximately 10:00 PM. They will then be awakened by a brand-new day to tour Almaty.
The most appropriate way to spend your day after enjoying a delicious breakfast at your hotel is to ski at the Shymbulak Ski Resort. At 10:00 AM, a fast gondola transfers visitors from downtown Almaty to 3,200 meters, where they can enjoy a cup of coffee at the highest bar in the CIS. If you’re not skiing, you can explore various activities for families, such as dining at cafes with delicious meals, visiting a platform with an amazing view, and trying exciting activities like the flying fox and paragliding. After a relaxing lunch at Shymbulak or in the city around 2:00 PM, return to the hotel by 4:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, take a beautiful Panfilov and Arbat strolling tour to see the shops, cafes, musicians, and dancers on Arbat Street. Enjoy your last meal of the day at 8:00 PM, then spend the night at your hotel by 10:00 PM, as the night is usually quiet.

At 10:00 AM, embark on a city tour where you will visit the First President Park, Republic Square, the State Opera and Ballet Theatre, the Academy of Sciences, and Abay Square.
