Best Time to Visit Georgia

The best time to visit Georgia depends on what kind of experience you are looking for. For those coming from Oman, the months between April and June and September and October prove to be the most appropriate. During these intervals, the climate is agreeable, the scenery is green, and the sightseeing activity is convenient – ideal for city trips, mountainous scenery, and wine-producing areas such as the Alazani Valley.

  • Autumn (September – October): One of the most good times to visit Georgia with the temperature being cooler, wine harvest festivals, and beautiful fall colors.
  • Winter (December – February): Best time for snow lovers, as the Gudauri turns into one of the major winter ski and other winter sports centers.
