Trip Itinerary

ARRIVAL MIAMI  

Welcome to Miami. Upon arrival, after clearing immigration, you will be transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day is free to explore the city on your own. Overnight in Miami.

CITY TOUR OF MIAMI, BAY CRUISE 

After breakfast, proceed for the Miami city tour, which is a comprehensive tour that includes visits to the most famous destinations in the city, including Little Havana, Downtown Miami, Wynwood, and Bayside Marketplace. The Miami boat tour takes you to see the man-made islands around Miami, like Star, Watson, and Fisher Island. You will see the homes of celebrities from the Bay, and you will enjoy great views of the city. You will see one of the finest of Miami attractions—the Port of Miami. Overnight in Miami.

FIFA MATCH

After breakfast, reach the stadium on your own to watch the thrilling match between the opponent teams. Spend the day cheering for your favorite team and enjoy the game.  Overnight in Miami.

DEPARTURE FROM MIAMI 

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to either catch a flight for the onward journey.

Terms and Conditions

  • You must carry a valid credit card for hotel incidentals and a government-issued photo ID at all times.
  • Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am in most hotels.
  • In most cases, the driver will not wait more than the designated time mentioned in the itinerary, and you may miss your transfer.
  • Wait 15 to 20 minutes. Pick-up window for transfers and ride-sharing tours. The shuttle/tour bus will arrive in 15-20 minutes of your scheduled pickup time.
  • Tips for drivers and tour guides are MANDATORY. Tips are not included and are at the customer’s discretion. Drivers expect tips of approximately $3 – $5 per person per day.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary and arrange alternative accommodation or services due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any items or incidentals used by people in their respective rooms, such as beverages, snacks, beverages, TV channels, bathroom water overflow, any damage to the room, etc., will be billed to your rooms, and you will have to pay beforehand.
  • We hold no responsibility for lost luggage, injury, or theft.
  • Smoking is not allowed in most hotels. You will be responsible for paying a minimum fine of $200 to $500 if you are caught smoking or if smoking is detected in your hotel room.
  • Any additional services required once the tour begins will require a credit card to reserve those services.
  • Restaurant/hotel/service changes cannot be made once the group is on tour.
  • Tourist companions MUST carry a local SIM card. All services must be reconfirmed by the client or Tour Escort 24 hours before the service date, regarding the pickup time and meeting point by the guest’s name. 
  • WiFi is available in hotels, but we cannot guarantee that connectivity will work consistently throughout your stay, and it is not free in some hotels. 
  • Consumption of food and beverages is not permitted while the bus is in motion. Adults and children may not stand or walk while the bus is moving; if any injury occurs, we are not responsible.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover all emergencies, including medical ones.  Customers will be individually responsible for any costs and/or liabilities arising from failure to purchase insurance and/or purchasing insurance without adequate coverage. We request a signed waiver in the event the customer declines the offer to purchase travel insurance.
  • This quote is based on taxes, surcharges, and fees in effect as applicable at the time of the quote.  Any subsequent changes to the tax tables would be applicable to this quote.
  • All rates are based on a minimum of 2 people traveling together on all tours.
  • Breakfast hours are usually from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.to 9:30 a.m., depending on the hotels. In some hotels, this may vary. We are not responsible for missing breakfast due to flight schedules or early morning tours. 
  • Weekend and convention surcharges may apply for any trade shows/special events in town.
  • Children from 2 to 9 years old. People over 9 years old are considered adults.
  • Surface intercity transfers are not included unless specified in the package. Luggage costs on flights are the responsibility of the clients.
  • Certain blackout dates and seasonal event surcharges applicable.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be no refund (partial or otherwise) for any portion of services canceled or unused for any reason, including medical or otherwise.
