The single room supplement is OMR 296 per person. When travelling as the third participant in a trio, a roll away cot may be provided. When travelling as the third participant in a pair no bed or cot will be provided for the child. Any person below 12 years of age will be considered a child. A maximum of three persons are allowed in one room.

Visa Requirements: You must have a multiple entry UK and Schengen Visa. The price of these visas is not included in the package tour price. It is advisable to approach your travel agent and the nearest consulates for advice and information. Please ensure that your travel documents are in order early enough to travel.

Ticketing Requirements: For this tour, confirmed air tickets are required to arrive at London and depart from Zurich. It is advisable to check with your sales officer or local travel agent about ticketing.

IMPORTANT NOTES

HOTELS

All hotels will be located either at the airport location or at the outskirts.
The majority of hotels in Europe only have twin beds, and a double bed will be a Queen size bed rather than a King size bed.
As a third person in a triple room, most hotels will use a rollaway bed, and the size of the room may be equal to the size of a double room.
Most hotel rooms in Europe may not be air or fan cooled. Air conditioning or cooling in hotels is offered according to the European weather conditions.
Operation of air-cooling / air-conditioning in hotels is subject to the official declaration of summer by the local authority.
The average size of a hotel room in Europe is between 16 – 20sq.m.
Most hotels do not have tea kettles in the rooms.
Whatever damages are done to the rooms of the hotel during your stay will be payable by the passengers.
It is the prerogative of the organizers that if it is deemed advisable or necessary to substitute a hotel of similar class.

COACHES

The majority of your journey in Europe is by coach and you are therefore requested to ensure its cleanliness.
For hygienic reasons, the toilets on the coach may not be used. However, the tour manager will make arrangements at comfort stops during long drives.
Eating and drinking is not allowed on the coach.
Due to space constraints in the coach, each passenger is only allowed to bring 1 check-in bag and 1 handbag.
Coaches are not wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board and disembark from the coach.

MEALS

Meals are pre-set; there is no a la carte.
On some days, a packed lunch will be provided.

SIGHTSEEING

On some departures, the itinerary may be changed or reversed. All services and inclusions will however remain the same.
Generally you will need to walk to the sightseeing places, amusement parks and sometimes the airports. The Tour Manager will give timely instructions. It is a good idea to wear comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and driver will try to bring you as close as possible to the monuments.
For a paid entrance, if the visit is missed because of sudden closure or unavailability, an alternative visit of similar value or type will be arranged or refund will be provided.

GENERAL

A local representative or driver may only be helpful for the first part of the tour.
There can be security alerts and random closures which can affect the itinerary.
Personal possessions: – Please take extra care of your personal possessions while on tour; each country you travel to is prone to theft and bag snatching. SOTC will not be responsible for any loss of possessions and baggage.
SOTC shall not be liable for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity that may take place in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever; all loss or expenses to be borne by the passengers. It is mandatory to carry insurance policies while taking a tour.
The management reserves the right to claim additional expenses due to delays or changes in schedules of train, airplanes, buses, ships or other services.
The Tour Manager and the company reserve the right to amend the itinerary, alter, vary and/or withdraw any particular departure or excursion advertised.
For the convenience of the passengers the itinerary is sometimes subject to change. All of the services will be the same.
No refunds are given for any services such as meals or sight seeing not utilized on your tour.
All the optional activities must be booked and paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour. Payments are to be made in Cash in the currency specified in your tour price only, Credit or Debit Cards are not accepted.
Optional tours are booked & paid on a 100 percent non refundable and non cancellable basis.
Changing date of return reservation – once your reservation is confirmed, advise the exact amount payable to the airline
