Single room supplement of OMR 461 per person. As a third in a triple occupancy arrangement, a roll away cot may be provided. As a third in a double occupancy arrangement no bed or cot will be provided for the child. Persons below 12 years of age shall be regarded as Children. A maximum of 3 persons is allowed to per room.

Visa Requirements: You need to have a multiple entry Schengen visa. The price of this visa is not included in the package tour price. It is advisable to consult your travel agent and the consulates in your nearest areas for advice and information. Please make sure that you have your travel documents ready on time for departure.

Ticketing Requirements: For this tour you will need confirmed air tickets to arrive at Paris and depart from Milan or Rome. It would be wise to check with your sales officer or your local travel agent for ticketing arrangements.

  • Under this scenario, the following points could arise: – Any rise in the exchange rate causing an increase in the cost of an overall land arrangement may take place before departure takes place.
  • Tipping is expected from anyone who is providing your service (e.g. coach driver, local guides, hotel and restaurant staff, etc.). It is obligatory to tip a nominal sum of EUR 3 per person per day. For the whole of this 11 day tour, the total amount of tips is EUR33 each, to be paid to the tour manager on Day1 of the tour.

Trip Itinerary

Welcome to Paris.

Upon arrival you will be taken to your hotel. Overnight stay in Paris (CDG area), France. (D). 
Note: The standard check in time is: 15:00. Depending upon circumstances we may go straight to dinner, otherwise a packed dinner
will be available in the event of a late flight arrival or a long queue at immigration.

Guided city tour of Paris – Visit Fragonard – Guided tour of Versailles Palace – River Seine Cruise.

Today we take a guided tour of Paris: we go to Arc de Triomphe, Concorde Square, Opera House, Les Invalides, and Alexander Bridge. We then move on to the Fragonard museum of perfumes. Subsequently, we visit the Versailles Palace including the private apartments, Opera Hall, Chapel and Hall of Mirrors.
In the evening we go on a ‘scenic cruise’ on the Seine.

Disneyland 2017 (01 Day 01 Park) – Eiffel Tower (2nd Level) – Illumination Tour.

Today we visit Disneyland 0 Paris up to 5 hours of which you are free to explore either Disneyland 0 Park or Disneyland 0 Studios. Enjoy the Sleeping Beauty Castle, high-thrill roller-coasters, Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio and other attractions in Fantasyland, and the world-wide settings in Adventureland. In the evening we go up to the second level of the Eiffel Tower for the Illumination Tour of Paris, to see the illuminated monuments and sights of the City of Paris.

Note: Because of strict security check at the Eiffel Tower, it may take four to five hours in line.

Scenic Switzerland.

Today we take a scenic drive to Switzerland where on arrival, you will check into the hotel.

Day at leisure or optional excursion to Jungfraujoch with lunch & Interlaken

Today you can have a leisure day or join us on a visit to Jungfraujoch – the Top of Europe. We take the cable car and cog wheel train up to 3,454m, Europe’s highest railway station, visit the Ice Palace and the Sphinx observatory deck to see the longest glacier in the Alps, and then visit Interlaken.

Note: Guests that do not choose this optional excursion will receive a packed dinner upon group arrival.

Visit Mt. Titlis – Orientation tour of Lucerne.

Today we drive to Lucerne – for an orientation tour, seeing the Lion Monument and Kapellbrücke. We then have free time to explore the town and shop for Swiss watches, knives, chocolates and souvenirs, before moving on to Mt. Titlis where you will ride the cable car, including the world’s first rotating cable car, the Rotair, to the top at 3 020 m. A visit to the Cliff Walk, a suspension bridge along the edge of the cliff is also recommended.

Orientation tour of Vaduz – Swarovski Crystal Worlds – Orientation tour of Innsbruck.

Today we drive to the city of Innsbruck, stopping on the way to Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein, for an orientation tour. Visitors can have free time to shop at Huber Watch Store. We then go on to visit the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens and are followed by an orientation tour of Innsbruck, including the Golden Roof and Maria Theresien Straße.

Overnight stays in Seefeld in Austria. (B, L, LD).

Orientation tour of Venice.

Today we continue on to the pier and catch a private boat to Venice. On arrival we visit St. Mark’s Square, Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Campanile and Bridge of Sighs. After that, you can explore the city at your leisure.

Overnight stay in Padova/Bologna in Italy. (B, D).

Guided walking tour of the city of Florence.

Today we go on to Florence for a guided walking tour of the city, taking in the Duomo, Campanile, Baptistery with its Gates of Paradise and Piazza della Signoria.

Day trip to Rome: Guided tour of Rome & Vatican City.

Today we go on a day trip to Rome and Vatican city. We start off with a guided tour of Vatican City, the smallest country in the world (note that shorts or sleeveless vests are not allowed), St. Peter’s Basilica and St. Peter’s Square. We then go on to follow a guided tour of the city of Rome, looking at the Circus Maximus and stopping for photos at the Colosseum and the Arc of Constantine.

Visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa – Come home with some pleasant memories.

Today we travel to Pisa to see the world famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. We then drive you to Milan airport for your flight home. Please take a few minutes to give feedback to your Tour Manager, I would be very grateful for your valued suggestions. Arrive home with pleasant memories of your European tour, which we are sure you will cherish for a lifetime. (B).

Note: Because of flight connectivity, a small number of groups may fly from Rome rather than from Milan, please ask your sales staff for exact flight details.

In most European cities, parking is restricted for coaches, and it is not always possible for the coach to stop at all points during the city tour. Your Tour Manager will endeavour to stop the coach whenever possible for photo stops.

Subject to a minimum of four people travelling together, arrival / departure transfers will be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTES

HOTELS

  • All the hotels will either be located around the airport or on the periphery of the airport.
  • The majority of hotels in Europe will only provide twin beds; beds that are designated as double shall be queen size beds rather than king size.
  • It is also possible that a third person in a triple room will be provided with a rollaway bed by most hotels, and the dimensions of the room may be equivalent to a double room.
  • Most hotel rooms in Europe may not be equipped with air conditioning or cooling facilities and fans may not be supplied; this will be determined by the climatic conditions in the area.
  • Air cooling or air conditioning inside hotels is a function of an official declaration of summer by the local authority.
  • The average room size of hotels in Europe is between 16 and 20 square metres.
  • Most hotels in Europe do not offer tea kettles in the rooms.
  • Any damages inflicted on the hotel rooms by you during your stay shall be the responsibility of the passengers and payable accordingly.
  • We expressly reserve the right to replace a hotel of similar class in case it is considered advisable or necessary.

COACHES 

  • As the major means of transport in your European trip is by coach, you are asked to keep the coach clean.
  • For hygienic reasons the use of toilets on the coach is banned; however the tour manager will arrange comfort stops during long drives.
  • Consumption of food and drink is not allowed on the coach.
  • Due to the limited boot space on the coach, each passenger is only allowed to bring one check in bag and one handbag.
  • Coaches are not wheelchair accessible, there are steps to go onto or get off.

MEALS 

  • Meals are predetermined and there is no la carte service.
    On some days, a packed lunch will be offered.

SIGHTSEEING 

  • Itinerary Modification: – On selected departures, we may amend or reverse the itinerary; nevertheless, all services and inclusions shall remain unchanged.
  • Usually, you will be expected to walk to see some sights, amusement parks, and sometimes, even to the airports for a considerable distance; the tour manager will give you timely instructions. It is recommended to use comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and driver will try to take you as close to the monuments as possible.
  • In case of missing a paid entrance because of sudden closing or unavailability, replacement of another visit of similar value and/or type will be provided or a refund will be issued.

GENERAL 

  • A local representative or driver may be there to only help you during the first phase of the tour.
  • Security alerts and random closures may change the itinerary.
  • Please use extra vigilance over your personal belongings on the tour as theft and bag snatching is prevalent in all the countries visited. SOTC shall not be liable for loss of any kind of belongings or baggage.
  • SOTC shall not accept any liability or responsibility for damages, losses baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity which may arise during the execution of the tour arrangement, due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever, all such loss or expenses shall be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies need to be carried during tour.
  • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expense incurred as a result of delays or changes in the schedule of trains, airplanes, buses, ships, or other services.
  • The tour manager and the company reserve the right to change the itinerary, to change, vary or withdraw any particular departure or advertised excursion. For the convenience of our passengers, we may modify the itinerary; however, all the services shall be the same.
  • No refunds are available for any services i.e. meals, sight seeing, etc. that are not used on your tour.
  • All the optional activities need to be booked and paid to the tour manager on Day 01 of the tour. Payments shall be made in cash in the currency provided in your tour price only – no credit or debit card is accepted.
  • Optional tours booked and paid under 100% non-refundable, non-cancellation policy.
  • In case you want to change the date of your return reservation after confirmation, you will be informed of the exact amount to be paid to the airline after the new arrangements are confirmed.
