Trip Itinerary

Welcome to Rome!

Once you arrive, you will be taken to your hotel. In Rome, Italy, spend the night. (D).
Note: It is customary to check in at 1500 hours. If our flight arrives late or there is a large queue at immigration, we could have to go straight to dinner, or we will be given a packed meal.

We are travelling to Rome and Vatican City today. After arriving, we take an open roof-top bus for a panoramic guided city tour of Rome and Vatican City, seeing the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Circus Maximus, Castel Angelo, and Piazza Barberini (shorts or sleeveless vests are not permitted). After that, we pause for a picture of the Colosseum at St. Peter’s Square and the well-known St. Peter’s Basilica.
Spend the night in Italy’s Florence, Pisa, or Prato. (B, L, D)

We travel to Pisa today in order to witness the renowned leaning tower. We next go to Florence for a walking tour with a guide, where we will see the Duomo, the Campanile, the Baptistery with its Gates of Paradise, and Piazza Della Signoria.
Spend the night in Ferrara or Padova, Italy. (LL, D, B)

Private boat to St. Mark’s Square – Orientation tour of
Venice

Today, we drive to Italy and proceed to the pier to take a private boat to Venice. On arrival, we visit St. Mark’s square to see the Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Campanile and Bridge of Sighs. Later we drive to Innsbruck.

 Orientation tour of Innsbruck – Swarovski Crystal Worlds

Today, we proceed for an orientation tour of Innsbruck: See the Golden Roof and the Maria Theresien Strasse. Next, we visit the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens. Later we drive to St Moritz.

St. Moritz – Bernina Express – Mt. Diavolezza

We go to the train station today to get on the train. Go to Diavolezza via the well-known Bernina route. Take a cable car to the breathtaking summit of Mt. Diavolezza, which is 2973 meters (9754 feet) above sea level. Savour a magnificent view of Piz Bernina, the highest summit in the Eastern Alps, and the Engadine range of the Swiss Alps.

Return to your hotel later, where you will have some free time to visit the charming and wealthy town of Mount Moritz, the site of the unusual winter White turf horse race on a frozen lake.

Visit Mt. Titlis – Orientation tour of Lucerne

We’re going to Mount Titlis today. The Rotair, the first rotating cable car in history, is part of our cable car excursion to the 3,020-meter summit of Mount Titlis. Don’t miss the “Cliff Walk,” a suspension bridge that runs along Mount Titlis’ cliff. We next go on to Lucerne for an orientation tour: Spend some free time shopping for well-known Swiss watches, knives, and chocolates after seeing the Lion Monument and Kapellbrucke.

Excursion to Jungfraujoch with lunch and Interlaken

Our trip to Jungfraujoch, the top of Europe, is scheduled for today. To reach Europe’s highest railway station, we take a cable car and then a cogwheel train up to 3,454 meters. See the Alps’ longest glacier by visiting the Ice Palace and the Sphinx observation deck. After that, we travel to Interlaken and spend the night in Central Switzerland. (B, L, and D)

View the Rhine falls – Visit Black Forest – Cuckoo Clock Demonstration

We go on to the spectacular Rhine Falls today. We then travel into the center of the Black Forest region, which is renowned for its charming villages and thick, evergreen trees. We may also observe the manufacturing process of the well-known Cuckoo Clocks here.

Spend the night in Germany’s Rhineland. (B, L, D)

Rhine River cruise – Cologne Cathedral

We take a beautiful Rhine River boat today. Later, we travel to Cologne to see the Cologne Cathedral, which has enormous twin towers and is the biggest Gothic church in northern Europe. have a height of 515 feet (157 meters).

Dam Square

We travel to Keukenhof today, which is the world’s largest spring garden. Next, take a glass-topped boat ride through Amsterdam’s canals. Later, we went to Dam Square to spend some spare time.

Europe with Exclusive Lunch –Photo stop at Atomium

We travel to Brussels today for an orientation trip.
When you have some time off in the city, visit the Grand Place. We next go to the Beer Museum and sample some beer. We then go to Mini Europe, which is Europe in miniature. After that, continue on to Atomuim for a photo stop.

Guided City tour of Paris – Fragonard Museum –Seine River
Cruise – Eiffel Tower 3rd Level – Illumination Tour of Paris

Proceed with a guided city tour of Paris today, which includes a stop at the renowned Fragonard perfume museum as well as the Alexander Bridge, Arc de Triomphe, Concorde Square, Opera House, Invalides, and Champs Elysees. We then take pleasure in a Seine River cruise. We next go on a “Illumination Tour of Paris” in the evening, where we see some of the city’s most well-known landmarks and sites illuminated, after visiting the third floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Disneyland® Paris (01 Day 01 Park)

We continue on to Disneyland® Paris today, where you can explore either Walt Disney Studios® Park or Disneyland® Park. Experience the enchantment of Sleeping Beauty Castle, thrill on exhilarating rollercoasters, meet Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio and other characters in Fantasyland, and go around the world in Adventureland.

  • Any increase in exchange rates that result in higher arrangements of land effective prior to departure.
  • Tipping is expected for any service provider like coach driver, local guides, hotel and restaurant staff.
  • It is compulsory to pay a nominal sum of 3 euros per person and per day. For the 15 days of this tour the total amount of tips is EUR 45 per person and needs to be given to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

HOTELS

  • All the hotels will either be located around the airport or on the periphery of the airport.
  • The majority of hotels in Europe will only provide twin beds; beds that are designated as double shall be queen size beds rather than king size.
  • It is also possible that a third person in a triple room will be provided with a rollaway bed by most hotels, and the dimensions of the room may be equivalent to a double room.
  • Most hotel rooms in Europe may not be equipped with air conditioning or cooling facilities and fans may not be supplied; this will be determined by the climatic conditions in the area.
  • Air cooling or air conditioning inside hotels is a function of an official declaration of summer by the local authority.
  • The average room size of hotels in Europe is between 16 and 20 square metres.
  • Most hotels in Europe do not offer tea kettles in the rooms.
  • Any damages inflicted on the hotel rooms by you during your stay shall be the responsibility of the passengers and payable accordingly.
  • We expressly reserve the right to replace a hotel of similar class in case it is considered advisable or necessary.

COACHES 

  • As the major means of transport in your European trip is by coach, you are asked to keep the coach clean.
  • For hygienic reasons the use of toilets on the coach is banned; however the tour manager will arrange comfort stops during long drives.
  • Consumption of food and drink is not allowed on the coach.
  • Due to the limited boot space on the coach, each passenger is only allowed to bring one check in bag and one handbag.
  • Coaches are not wheelchair accessible, there are steps to go onto or get off.

MEALS 

  • Meals are predetermined and there is no la carte service.
    On some days, a packed lunch will be offered.

SIGHTSEEING 

  • Itinerary Modification: – On selected departures, we may amend or reverse the itinerary; nevertheless, all services and inclusions shall remain unchanged.
  • Usually, you will be expected to walk to see some sights, amusement parks, and sometimes, even to the airports for a considerable distance; the tour manager will give you timely instructions. It is recommended to use comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and driver will try to take you as close to the monuments as possible.
  • In case of missing a paid entrance because of sudden closing or unavailability, replacement of another visit of similar value and/or type will be provided or a refund will be issued.

GENERAL 

  • A local representative or driver may be there to only help you during the first phase of the tour.
  • Security alerts and random closures may change the itinerary.
  • Please use extra vigilance over your personal belongings on the tour as theft and bag snatching is prevalent in all the countries visited. SOTC shall not be liable for loss of any kind of belongings or baggage.
  • SOTC shall not accept any liability or responsibility for damages, losses baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity which may arise during the execution of the tour arrangement, due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever, all such loss or expenses shall be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies need to be carried during tour.
  • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expense incurred as a result of delays or changes in the schedule of trains, airplanes, buses, ships, or other services.
  • The tour manager and the company reserve the right to change the itinerary, to change, vary or withdraw any particular departure or advertised excursion. For the convenience of our passengers, we may modify the itinerary; however, all the services shall be the same.
  • No refunds are available for any services i.e. meals, sight seeing, etc. that are not used on your tour.
  • All the optional activities need to be booked and paid to the tour manager on Day 01 of the tour. Payments shall be made in cash in the currency provided in your tour price only – no credit or debit card is accepted.
  • Optional tours booked and paid under 100% non-refundable, non-cancellation policy.
  • In case you want to change the date of your return reservation after confirmation, you will be informed of the exact amount to be paid to the airline after the new arrangements are confirmed.
